Initially, these issues, which were not given much importance, gained significance as they began to jeopardize work efficiency and business operations, leading to the necessity of addressing them.
At this stage, various rules and laws governing working conditions and arrangements in workplaces were enacted as a result of the efforts made. However, over time, it became evident that these regulations were insufficient, and a need arose to approach the issue from different perspectives. Through various studies and research, the concept of "Occupational Health and Safety" was born, and the subject began to be approached scientifically. "Occupational Health and Safety" became the domain of medicine, technology, and other branches of science.
